Yesterday's Haul & Sightings

Didnt get much besides a couple DVD's yesterday.

Went to TRU, and of course, they had nothing new. Only saw the same 2 X-Men Classics blue/yellow Wolvie's that were sitting there collecting dust two weeks ago. No one else. Already can tell who's gonna be the pegwarmer for this series.

Also, on an interesting note, I had noticed that they re-released the TRU MiniMate 5-packs in the new packaging. My TRU has long since been rid of the 5-packs, but yesterday I spotted them from afar. As I got closer, I realized they were in the new packaging. The box was much like the old box for the 5-packs, only this time it was missing the window. In its place was a photo picture (not one of the little cartoony drawings) of the 4 main figs included. And I only looked quick, but did not see anywhere, any mention of the '5th secret fig'. At tleast not on the front anyway.

May or may not hit another TRU today to press my luck for the Xmen CLassics, just for something to do.

As for the DVD's, I got the new "Last Son of Krypton" Superman Animated series DVD ($9.99) at BestBuy, and then grabbed the 3rd volume of Fruits Basket (anime) thus completing that series for me. Gotta sit down soon and watch that one.
